A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we get started.

Can you deliver material and spread it too?+

Yes—request delivery and spreading together, or machine work for material you already have on site. The estimate will account for material type, quantity, access, hauling and the finish you want.

Do you handle demolition and debris removal?+

We can scope decks, sheds, fences, concrete and suitable small structures with haul-off and restoration. Building demolition needs a project review, utility disconnects, applicable permits and hazardous-material assessment. Larger structures may require specialist partners.

Can you remove sand from an oceanfront property?+

We evaluate sand cleanup by location. Oceanfront sand relocation and dune work may need CAMA and local approvals, and the destination for the sand must be authorized. Send the address and photos so we can review the right approach.

How are projects priced?+

Pricing reflects machine and operator time, mobilization, materials, hauling, disposal, attachments and any required approvals. Clearly defined work can be quoted as a project; uncertain excavation may use an agreed hourly scope.

What should I send for an estimate?+

Send your address or town, a description of the work, approximate dimensions or material quantities, access details and a few photos. Include your preferred timing and any plans or permits you already have.
